Terms of Service
Last updated 28 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By applying for, accessing, or using TransOpSync (“the Service”), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Founding pilot notice
TransOpSync is currently offered as a founding pilot: an early, actively developed version of the product. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the pilot progresses, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that every feature is complete during this phase. We will do our best to communicate significant changes to pilot participants in advance.
3. The Service
TransOpSync is a platform for managing delivery and fleet operations, including team, driver, and vehicle management, offered to registered companies and their invited team members.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to store data you do not have the right to store.
- Attempt to access another company’s data or bypass access controls.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
6. Your company's data
You and your company retain ownership of the driver, vehicle, and operational data you enter into TransOpSync (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter any personal data (such as driver contact details) about others into the Service.
7. Fees
Participation in the founding pilot is currently free of charge. If and when TransOpSync introduces paid plans, we will communicate pricing and give existing pilot participants advance notice before any charges apply.
8. Intellectual property
TransOpSync and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the Service as intended.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms, or, given the nature of a founding pilot, to discontinue or substantially change the pilot program, with reasonable notice where practical.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is,” especially during the founding pilot phase, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransOpSync will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product moves from founding pilot to general availability. We will update the date at the top of this page when that happens.
